|Q.Where is Baskets a' la Kimmy located?
A. Baskets a' la Kimmy is located in the Twin cities, MN.
Hours are M-F 9am-5pm CST. Voicemail and email are checked during regular business hours as well as after hours and weekends.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. You can place orders online, by emailing Kimmy, or by calling 612-382-7023.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Yes we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment through PayPal.
Q. Can I add a message to my recipient with my order?
A. Yes. To include a special message with your order please add it in the "Add Comments About Your Order" section at checkout.
Q. Do you make custom baskets?
A. Yes! We can take custom basket orders at any time. If you have an idea for the holidays but don't need to send it out until December, we can still take your custom order(s) now and hold off on mailing them until your requested date. The holidays will be very busy times so don't hesitate to contact us now. Please email Kimmy with the following information:
Event/occasion for gift basket
End user-who is it? Male/Female, Age Group, etc.
Ideas-colors, any specific items you want in the basket
Q. Do you take bulk orders?
A. Yes. When ordering 10 or more of the same basket please contact me via email at Kimmy@BasketsalaKimmy.com. Larger orders may require additional time to process before shipping or delivering out.
Q. What do I do if I'm having a gift basket emergency and need something to go out ASAP?
A. If you are having a gift basket emergency please call Kimmy at 612-382-7023. Please leave a detailed message regarding type of basket-end user, price range, etc. so when I return your call I can have all the information necessary to relate to you what we have available to be shipped ASAP. A 15% rush surcharge may be added to move your basket order to the top of all orders and for working non business hours in order to get your basket out the next day.
Q. What will my gift basket look like when it arrives?
A. All gift baskets are wrapped in cellophane and tied with a bow/ribbon to coordinate with the basket design.
Q. Do you use wicker baskets?
A. NO! :)
Q. Do you sell sugar-free products?
A. Yes! Please email us for information on the basket you are interested in and a list of substitutions will be provided.
Q. I like the products in a certain basket design but I see a different container in another design that I like better. Can I switch containers?
A. Absolutely! Please email Kimmy to discuss the changes you would like to make and we will let you know if there is a price difference.
Q. I love the "Movie Night" gift basket but would like to use a specific movie instead of the titles listed. Can I request a DVD title?
A. Yes, please email me with your DVD requests and I will let you know if that movie title is available and if there is a price difference.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. Clients will be supplied a tracking number or delivery confirmation number so you have constant access to your package information.
USPS Track & Confirm
We place a high priority on getting your order shipped ASAP, but please note that we can't make any guarantees as seasonal peaks, large orders, weather or other circumstances may delay shipping. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time. With the volume that USPS delivers on any given day throughout the world, there are some packages that simply do not reach their destination within the expected timeframe. While unfortunate, we cannot provide a financial guarantee on another company's performance and we trust you will understand.
Q. When will my order go out?
A. Orders may take up to 1-3 business days (non holiday) (depending on in-stock items) to be processed before shipping. Custom orders and bulk orders may require additional processing time. You may specify a delayed shipping date at checkout in the "add comments about your order" section so you can place orders in advance.
Q. How do I know my order was placed?
A. You will know your order was successfully placed if you received an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive this message within a couple hours after placing your order please contact Kimmy at 612-382-7023 or via email.
